At Sempre I've designed and shipped AI agents that run in production today:
- Forte — our company-wide internal agent, available in Slack and connected to all our tools and knowledge bases. We use it for feature development, contract questions, IT support, bug triage and fixes, company FAQs, and the status of customer deals. It's Sempre's version of Shopify's River, Sierra's Pinecone, Ramp's Glass, or Claude Tag.
- An AI support agent that handles inbound SMS/email tickets end to end.
- Voice agents for inbound and outbound support phone calls.
I take on similar projects for clients: scoping, building, and getting agents into production.
Not everything needs AI. I've spent 15 years building full-stack software products. At Sempre that has included a patient-facing SMS product, pharmacy integrations, data pipelines, web dashboards, and the infrastructure and monitoring underneath. I can take on product builds, feature work, and technical advising.
I built Sempre's security program from scratch and have maintained HITRUST certification and HIPAA compliance for eight consecutive years. Sempre also holds the HITRUST AI Security Certification, a third-party AI governance certification demonstrating how we develop and deploy AI systems securely.

I live in San Francisco with my wife and two daughters. I build and fly FPV drones (YouTube), DJ and love EDM (SoundCloud), and fell in love with building software again when Claude Opus 4.5 landed at the end of 2025.
